Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one e-mail account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
